Solid red line - path in place now.
Dotted red line - missing pieces, available and dedicated for just this purpose - a Public Promenade along the bluff.
Yellow box - Block where parking garage has been removed. Brooks wants to use for museum/event space. Warning: if allowed, as currently designed, building is a double-wide version of the garage and will repeat the mistake of the garage by blocking a greenway and blocking downtown from the river.
